The matters above mentioned were disposed of vide this Court’s order

dated 31.01.2014 with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the hearing

(copy of order dated 31.01.2014 is enclosed herewith).

Thereafter Contempt Petition Nos. 137-138 of 2019 were listed before

the Hon’ble Court on 18.01.2019 when the Court dismissed the same and

directed the Trial Court to expedite the trial of the suit and dispose the

same preferaly within six months from the date of reciept of copy of this

order (copy of order dated 18.01.2019 is enclosed herewith).

It is submitted that, a letter dated 14.08.2019 has been received in

the Registry by post from Sh. Deepak D. Almale, 3^rd Joint Civil Judge, Sr.

Division, Pune requesting therein to grant further period of at least one year

for disposal of the said Spl. Civil Suit No. 935/2012 (copy of the letter of Sh.

Deepak D. Almale, 3^rd Joint Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Pune is enclosed

herewith).

It is lastly submitted that original SLP paper books have been weeded

out after due preservation.

The letter of Sh. Deepak D. Almale, 3^rd Joint Civil Judge, Sr. Division,

Pune, requesting to grant further one year period for disposal of Spl. Civil

Suit No. 935/2012 is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report

for directions.
