Presence of alleged contemnor(s) is dispensed with

It is submitted that pursuant to afore-said order, counsel

for the petitioner has on 11.12.2019 filed spare copies of

contempt petition for issuance of notice along with application

for condonation of delay in filing spare copies as there is delay

of 12 days in filing spare copies. The same has been registered as

I.A.No. 190488/2019.

It is further submitted that Now, Mr. Raj Bahadur Yadav,

Advocate has on 11.12.2019 filed vakalatnama/appearance and he has

on 13.12.2019 also filed counter affidavit on behalf of both the

alleged contemnors.
