This

is

an

application

for

directions/modifications of a judgment of this Court

dated 25.09.1996 rendered in the matter of allotment

of petrol pumps.

2.

On account of an intervening developments,

particularly because of an over bridge, it is stated

in the application, that it is not feasible to open a

retail outlet at the property in dispute and,

therefore, the only course open to the applicant is

to return the land.

3.

Having regard to the development, as above, the

request is a reasonable one and hence the same is

allowed. The M.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
