Judge, Kotma, District-Annupur, Madhya Pradesh to the effect that

at present the prosecution evidence is being recorded and the

disposal of the case is likely to take about 2-3 months.

The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

We except that the trial Court will endeavour to dispose of

the appeal within the aforesaid period of time.

The Special Leave Petition is disposed of.
