This application has been filed by the petitioners for

implementation of the judgment dated 06.11.1990 passed in W.P. No.

626 of 1986.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks

permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the

High Court to work out their remedy in accordance with law.

Application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty as prayed for.
