O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 6 and 8 to 11

seeks and is given four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved

respondent nos. 1 and 7 shall be taken by the learned counsel for

the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti, in addition,

is permitted to be served on the respondent no.1 through the

Learned Counsel representing the State of Maharashtra and on the

Respondent no. 7 through the Trial Court the particulars of which

shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within

the period stipulated above.
