          UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

                             O R D E R

Applications seeking exemption from filing certified copy of

the   impugned   Order   as   also   for   seeking   exemption   from   filing

official translation of the Annexures are allowed.

Having   heard   learned   Senior   counsel   appearing   on   behalf   of

the petitioner, Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, learned Additional Solicitor

General   appearing   on   behalf   of   the   Union   of   India   and   after

perusing   some   of   the   Statements   recorded   under   Section   67   of

N.D.P.S.   Act, 1985 we are inclined to confirm the interim Order

dated 03­08­2022 passed by us staying arrest of the petitioner,

subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the Special Judge

for N.D.P.S. Cases at Greater Mumbai, including the condition that

the passport of the petitioner shall be deposited in the Court of

learned Special Judge.

The Special Leave Petition is disposed of on the above terms.

Pending application filed in the matter also stands disposed

of.
