ORDER

1. Heard Learned counsel for the petitoiner. Despite proof of service of notice since the last few occasions, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner under the circumstances pressures for interim relief as per the prayer made in the Special Leave Petition. It is submitted that the respondent earns about Rs.4,00,000/- p.m. (Rupees Four Lakhs) as per the statement of his Bank Account maintained with the HDFC Bank.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, by way of an interim measure in the facts and circumstances of the case, having regard that despite service of notice, since the last many occasions there is no representation on behalf respondent, the Court is inclined to enhance the Digitally signed by GEETA AHUJA Date: 2023.11.10 16:15:27 IST Reason:

    Signature Not Verified interim maintenance from Rs.20,000/- granted by the High Court to Rs.75,000/- w.e.f. 1 st November, 2023 which shall be paid latest by the 7th of the following month.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be serving the copy of this order on the respondent.

5. Upon same being done, the respondent shall be obliged
