UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Shri Colin Gonsalves, learned senior counsel for the

petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the High

Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Permission sought for is granted.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Since there is some urgency in the matter, we request the

High Court to give priority for these cases and dispose of the

same at the earliest.
