Heard learned counsel for the parties.

We are satisfied with the grievance expressed

by the petitioner and we accept the same.

Therefore, Mat. Suit No. 184 of 2014, titled as

“Shri Roshan Kumar Shaw Vs. Smt. Rashmi Kumari

Shaw”, pending in the Family Court, Kolkata, West

Bengal is ordered to be transferred to the Ld.

Principal Judge, Family Court at Giridih,

Jharkhand.

The transfer petition is accordingly allowed.

After transfer of the petition, the transferee

Court is directed to make all endeavour either for

amicable settlement or for early decision in the

main matter without unnecessary adjournments.
