UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

One of the grievances raised in the petitions is that certain

number of candidates belonging to OBC category, though entitled to

be selected in open merit category on the basis of their

performance, were put in OBC category; as a result of which the

corresponding number of seats available for OBC category candidates

stood reduced.

However, no details are given in the petition to support such

submission.

Secondly, these petitions were filed on 29.10.2020 &

28.10.2020 i.e. even before the decision was rendered by this Court

in Ram Sharan Maurya & Others vs. State of U.P. and Others (C.A.

3707/2020).

In the circumstances, it is difficult to entertain these

petitions in the absence of any clear and cogent material. We,

therefore, refuse to entertain these petitions.

The writ petitions are disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
