O R D E R

The petitioner-wife is before this Court seeking transfer

of Matrimonial Dispute No.279 of 2021, filed by the

respondent-husband titled as “Rahul Agarwal vs. Smt. Lata

Singh Rawal @ Lovely” from the Court of learned Judge, Family

Court No.1 at Ajmer (Rajasthan) to the Court of learned

Principal Judge, Family Court, Hathras (Uttar Pradesh)

Despite service of notice, the respondent-husband has not

chosen to appear and have his say in the petition.

In that light, taking into consideration the grounds

taken in the transfer petition, we direct the transfer of

Matrimonial Dispute No.279 of 2021, titled as “ Rahul Agarwal

vs. Smt. Lata Singh Rawal @ Lovely” from the Court of the

learned Judge, Family Court No.1 at Ajmer (Rajasthan) to the

Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hathras (Uttar

Pradesh)
