O R D E R

Delay condoned.

We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders. The

special leave petitions will stand dismissed. However, we direct

that the MACT to which the matters are remanded by the impugned

orders will make effort to dispose of the matters at the earliest

and at any rate within a period of six months from the date of

production of the copy of this order.

Secondly, we make it clear that the MACT will consider the

matters untrammelled by any observations in the impugned orders.
