UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that

in terms of the directions contained in order dated

10.01.2022 in Suo Moto Writ Petition No. 3/2020, in

cases where the limitation would have expired during

the period between 15.03.2021 and 28.02.2022

notwithstanding the actual period of limitation all

persons shall have a limitation period of 90 days

from 01.03.2022. He submits that in the present

case, the order of NCLT was dated 29.01.2021 and the

appeal was filed on 31.01.2022. He submits that

thus the entire period falls within the exempted
