We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

For the grounds stated in the Transfer Petition, we are

satisfied that the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner-wife for

transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 746 of 2017 titled as Sahil

Mahindra Jain Vs. Megha Jain pending before the Principal Judge,

Family Court, Ahmedabad, Gujarat is justified and is fit to be

allowed.

We, accordingly, direct transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition

746 of 2017 titled as Sahil Mahindra Jain Vs. Megha Jain pending

before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ahmedabad, Gujarat to the

Family Court at Secunderabad, Telangana.
