relies on a judgment rendered by this Court in SCG Contracts

(India) Pvt.Ltd. Vs. K.S. Chamankar Infrastructure Private Ltd. &

Ors., (2019) 12 SCC 210.

Faced with this, learned counsel appearing on behalf of

the Petitioners seeks, and is granted one week’s time to file

Rejoinder to show that the Written Statement was actually filed

within 120 days from the date of service.
