We are satisfied with the grievance expressed by the petitioner and we accept the same. Therefore, Marraige Petition No. 337 of 2012 titled as Mr. Pundhir Balram Singh Vs. Mrs. Jyoti Pundhir Sandeep Singh pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane (Maharashtra) is ordered to be transferred to the Court of District Judge, Patiala House Court, Delhi. The District Judge is directed either to decide himself or assign it to a competent Court having jurisdiction. The transfer petition is accordingly allowed. After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to take all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the main matter without unnecessary adjournments.
