As per the Office Report, the respondent has been served

but there is no appearance on his behalf. By Order dated 14th

February, 2022, while issuing notice, further proceedings in

RCS HM/0001103/2021 titled “Anil Kumar Behera vs. Srimati

Arati Behera”, pending before the Court of II Additional

Principal Judge, Family Court, District Court, Jabalpur,

Madhya Pradesh were stayed. Hence, it is apparent that the

respondent is aware of the pendency of the present transfer

petition. The respondent is proceeded ex-parte.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the

averments made in the transfer petition, and in the interest

of justice, we allow the transfer petition.

Accordingly, Case No. RCS HM/0001103/2021 titled “Anil

Kumar Behera vs. Srimati Arati Behera”, pending before the

Court of II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District

Court, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh is directed to be transferred
