UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors has produced

copies of two orders both dated 17.12.2022. Specially they do not

disclose full compliance the Single Judge’s order restored by this

Court in its judgment dated 06.05.2022 in as much as there is no

indication of notional benefits, which the petitioners are entitled

to. Furthermore, the second order discloses that the petitioners

were treated as temporary for two years w.e.f. 05.06.2014. The

consequential order of their regularization has not been shown to
