UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

On a consideration of the grounds shown, the prayer for

exemption from surrendering is rejected. However, the petitioner is

granted four weeks' time to surrender and to produce certificate to

this effect.

In case the petitioner surrenders and submits proof in this

regard in the Registry within the aforesaid time, the matter shall

be posted for consideration before the Court within two weeks

therefrom.
