Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

90 days’ time granted to the petitioner to remove the

defects has already expired (as per Office Report dated

04.12.2014). The defects pointed out by the Registry have neither

been cured nor the matter has been refiled after curing the

defects.

Despite the fact that the matter has been called out

twice, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

The instant petition is accordingly dismissed for

non-prosecution.
