The present petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife

praying inter alia, for transfer of case being Matrimonial

(Divorce) Case No. 66 of 2021, filed by the respondent-husband

under Section 10(1)(x) of the Indian Divorce Act, 1869 read with

Section 7(1)(c)of the Family Court Act, 1984 for granting a decree

of divorce titled “Mr. Lisam Sanjukumar Singh vs. Mrs. Theisara

Pariat” pending before the Family Court, Manipur at Lamphelpat to

the Court of the Principal District Judge, Shillong, Meghalaya.
