By an order dated 31.07.2018, this Court dismissed

the applications filed for impleadment and for directions

seeking extension of time for affiliation from Dr.A.P.J. Abdul

Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. On

that day, we were informed that the applicants did not

there was no occasion for granting them any extension.

Mr. Raju Ramachandran, learned Senior Counsel

appearing for the applicants, submits that applications

were in fact, submitted to the aforesaid University for

grant of affiliation.

The applicants have also been granted recognition

by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and

Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) for admissions with

enhanced intake of 90 students in Shivdan Singh Institute

of Technology & Management and 100 students each in

been recognized by both the All India Council for Technical

Education (AICTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

Learned counsel appearing for the AICTE and the PCI

also have no objection for extension of time for

considering the applications for affiliation.

As requested by the learned counsel for the

University, we grant one week’s time for considering the

applications for applications of the applicants. Admissions

shall be completed within one week thereafter.

The last date for admission of students to the

applicants institutes is extended from 15.08.2018 to
