UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Considering the fact that there is no documentary evidence to

show that the deceased was getting Rs.4,500/- p.m. and Rs.3,000/-

additionally towards food allowances, the High Court has rightly

not accepted the same in the absence of any proof. The High Court

has rightly considered the income/wages as salary at Rs.4,000/-

p.m. We are in complete agreement with the view taken by the High

Court. The Special Leave Petitions stand dismissed.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
