Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 7

to 9 but none has entered appearance on their behalf.

However, Mr.Siddharth Mittal, Ld. Advocate has appeared on

behalf of the respondent Nos. 7 to 9. He seeks and is given two

weeks time to file vakalatnama and four weeks time to file counter

affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide soft

copy of pleadings to the Ld. Counsel within a period of one week

Service is not complete in respect of Respondent No.5. Ms.

Kaveeta Wadia, Ld. AOR submits that yesterday she has filed

vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.5. Office shall verify the

same. If it is so, four weeks time is given to file counter

affidavit.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent No.

6 has been received back with postal remarks “Insufficient

Address”. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within

a period of two weeks file the fresh particulars of respondent and

he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him

within the same period.
