UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even the

respondent No.1 is a resident of District Solan, Himachal Pradesh.

In view of the said statement, issue notice returnable

after eight weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of further

proceedings in Domestic Violance Complaint bearing C.C. No. 1669 of

2021 titled as Deepa Thakur vs. Naresh Thakur & Ors. pending at

Metropolitan Magistrate, (Mahila Court-02), Central District, Tis

Hazari Courts, Delhi.

However, it is made clear that if there is an interim

relief operating in the complaint, the same shall continue to

operate.
