No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2,

despite due service of notice.

At this stage, Mr. M.K. Maroria, seeks and is granted four

weeks time to file vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit on

behalf of Respondent No. 2.

Four weeks time, is granted to Respondent No. 1, to file

counter affidavit.

After expiry of said period, matter be processed for listing

before the Hon’ble Court, as per rules.
