This appeal is filed against the final judgment and order

dated 20.09.2007 passed by the High Court of Kerala at

Ernakulam in Writ Appeal No. 2100 of 2007 whereby the High

Court disposed of the writ appeal filed by the appellant herein

and upheld the judgment passed by the Single Judge

dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellant herein

challenging the order of the Central Information Commission

holding that the appellant must provide the information

sought by respondent No.1 herein under the Right to
