We are not inclined to interfere with the order of the High Court declining

suspension of sentence following the conviction of the petitioner under Section

302 and 364-A of the Indian Penal Code 1860.

The High Court has listed the criminal appeal in January 2023.

We request the High Court to expeditiously dispose of the appeal.

The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
