We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, it

is in the interest of justice to allow the transfer petition

and transfer the case bearing No. F.C. (Civil) No. 23/2013

titled as Sri Sandip Acharya v. Smt. Sebika Acharya pending

before the Family Court, Silchar, Cachar, Assam to the Family

Court, Agartala, Tripura.

We accordingly do so and transfer the case bearing No.

F.C. (Civil) No. 23/2013 titled as Sri Sandip Acharya v. Smt.

Sebika Acharya from the Family Court, Silchar, Cachar, Assam to

the Family Court, Agartala, Tripura.

The transfer petition is allowed.
