O R D E R

Application (I.A.No.18613/2018)for correction of typographical

error regarding distance between Ludhiana to Delhi is allowed.

This is a petition seeking transfer of matrimonial case being

HMA No.726 of 2017 titled as “Gaurav Kaundal v. Sheena Chaudhary”

pending before the Court of Additional District Judge, Ludhiana to

the competent Court at Delhi.

None appears for the respondent even though the service is

complete.  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.  On the facts

and circumstances, this is a fit case for transfer.

We, accordingly, allow the transfer petition.   HMA No.726 of

2017 titled as “Gaurav Kaundal v. Sheena Chaudhary” pending before

the Court of Additional District Judge, Ludhiana is ordered to be

transferred to the Family Court, Saket, New Delhi.  The transferee

court   is   requested   to   dispose   of   the   transferred   case

expeditiously.
