The present petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of the H.M.A.No. 606 of 2023 titled as “Abhinav Miglani Vs. Surbhi Ahuja” (subject-case) pending in the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi to the Family Court, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the respondent in spite of service of notice. 3. On considering the facts and circumstances on the basis of which the petitioner seeks transfer of the subject-case, we are satisfied that it would be expedient for the ends of justice to transfer the subject-case to the Court asked for by the petitioner. 4.
