After having heard the learned counsel appearing for

the parties and taking into consideration the grounds taken

in the transfer petition, we see no reason to transfer Civil

Misc.Application No.113 of 2016 titled Sameer Surendra Sinha

& Anr. v. Ms. Swati Sinha from the Rural Court at Mirzapur,

Ahmedabad to the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.

The transfer petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
