This transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of

Custody Petition ie. Guardianship Case No.188/2021 titled as “Nasir

Ahmed Wani vs. Shiva Sharma” bearing CNR No.JKSG02005292021 pending

before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Srinagar to the

Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh.

The counter argument has been advanced in respect of the

threat of life to each other ie. petitioner as well as respondent.

Considering the said facts and circumstances of the case, the

considered opinion of this Court is that it is appropriate to

transfer the Guardianship Case No.188/2021 titled as “Nasir Ahmed

Wani vs. Shiva Sharma” from the Court of Principal Judge, Family

Court, Srinagar to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,

Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is hereby disposed of.
