These contempt petitions have been filed complaining

of disobedience of the directions issued in the judgment dated

19.03.2018 in Civil Appeal Nos.2928-2930/2018.

The petitioner alleges that the accounts have not

been handed over inspite of categorical direction issued by this

Court.

Mr. Harish N. Salve, learned senior counsel appearing

for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached

the Bombay High Court for restitution. He seeks permission to

withdraw these contempt petitions with liberty to pursue the

petition(s) filed in the High Court.
