compensation of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs only) and

for providing a job and accommodation to the petitioner,

Bilkis Yakub Rasool, is clarified to have been passed by the

Court in the peculiar facts of the case.

Shri Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General

appearing for the State of Gujarat has undertaken before the

Court that the said reliefs will be afforded to the

petitioner, Bilkis Yakoob Rasool, within two weeks from

today.
