The instant petition is filed by the

petitioner-wife seeking transfer of the case filed

under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955

bearing No. H.M.O.P. No.398 of 2019 titled as “G.R.

Raghav vs. V.G. Deepthy” pending before the Court of

the Family Judge, Madurai, Tamil Nadu to the Family

Court of Palakkad, Kerala.

Heard counsel for the parties and perused the

petition.

Ms. A. Sumathi, learned counsel for the

respondent, on instructions submits that her client

is agreeable to such transfer.

In such circumstances, the present petition

is allowed and the case bearing H.M.O.P. No.398 of

2019 titled as “G.R. Raghav vs. V.G. Deepthy” pending

before the Court of the Family Judge, Madurai, Tamil
