O R D E R

This petition under Section 25 of the Civil Procedure Code,

1908 read with Order XLI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 has

been   filed   by   the   petitioner   (wife)   for   transfer   of   H.M.A.

Petition No.1148 of 2017 titled as “Mayank Ranjan versus Sonam”

pending before the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court,

Dwarka Courts, Delhi to the Family Court at the District Court,

Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties

and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer

petition, we direct the transfer of H.M.A. Petition No.1148 of

2017 titled as “Mayank Ranjan versus Sonam” pending before the

Court   of   the   Principal   Judge,   Family   Court,   Dwarka   Courts,

Delhi   to   the   Family   Court   at   the   District   Court,   Dhanbad,

Jharkhand.

Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.

The Transfer Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
