These are the petitions filed under Section 25 of the Code of

Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 27

of 2013 titled as “Barasa Ghosh Ray

Versus Sayantan Ray ” pending

before the District Judge, Alipore in the State of West Bengal to

the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra and

Transfer Case No. 102 of 2013 titled as “Sayntan Ray vs. Barsa

Ghosh Ray” pending before the District Judge, Alipore in the State

of West Bengal to the Metropolitan Magistrate at Kurla, Mumbai in

the State of Maharashtra

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having

considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit

and proper to allow these transfer petitions. Accordingly,
