UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner being a defaulter, the High Court has dismissed

the writ petition. The High Court may have gone beyond the scope

of the relief prayed for in the writ petition. However, it is not

for the petitioner to question those directions on the Travancore

Devaswom Board. No one else has appealed against the order of the

High Court.

The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
