UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Hearing of these appeals continued today.

During the course of hearing, Ms. Prabha Swami,

learned counsel appearing for Suyash Outsourcing Pvt.

Ltd. (Resolution Applicant) submits that her client is

willing to give undertaking to abide by the commitment

made in the Resolution Plan on certain condition. It

will be open to her to file proper affidavit of her

client within one week from today, which will be taken

into account.

Later on, Ms. Mahima Singh, learned counsel

appearing for the official liquidator espousing the

cause of Innoventive Industries in liquidation,

submits that some developments have taken place after

the order passed by the National Company Law Appellate

Tribunal and the order of status quo passed by this

Court i.e. 29.11.2018, which may have some bearing on

the direction(s) to be passed by this Court and

therefore may be allowed to be kept on record. The

official liquidator is free to file an affidavit

within one week in that regard.
