Four weeks time as a last chance is given to Respondent Nos.

1-9, 11-21, 23-25 and 27-30 to file the Counter Affidavit.

As per service report received from the S.H.O. concerned, some

respondents could not be served. Accordingly, Ld. Counsel for the

petitioner shall file the fresh particulars and take fresh steps in

respect of the other unserved respondents within four weeks.
