Appeal No.16/2015 of the High Court of judicature at Patna, the

only appellant therein preferred the instant special leave

petition.

Delay condoned.

Leave granted.

Heard Mr. Raju Ramachandran, learned senior counsel

appearing on behalf of the appellant and Mr. Ranbir Yadav, learned

counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1-writ petitioner out

of which the above appeal arose.

Without going into the details of the matter, the matter

can be disposed of at this stage. The limited facts which are

required to be mentioned for the purpose of this order is that the

litigation pertains to recruitment of Police Constables in the

State of Bihar.

The appellant is a body created in exercise of the powers

conferred under the Bihar Police Act for the purpose of conducting
