The petitioner sought transfer of Petition No.474

of 2015 titled Sh. Sumit Bisht v. Smt. Jyoti filed

under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending on

the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Noida,

Uttar Pradesh.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that

in view of the non-cooperative attitude of the

petitioner, the respondent has taken steps to

withdraw the petition filed before the Court and

therefore, it is not necessary to pursue this

transfer petition.

Therefore, this transfer petition is dismissed.

The Petition No.474 of 2015 titled Sh. Sumit

Bisht v. Smt. Jyoti filed under Section 9 of the

Hindu Marriage Act, pending on the file of Principal

Judge, Family Court, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in view of

the above submission, will also stand dismissed as

withdrawn.
