Service is complete on respondent Nos.1 and 2 on

4.1.2020, however, counter affidavit has not been filed within

30 days in terms of Order XXI Rule 14(1), Supreme Court Rules,

2013. Vakalatnama has been filed on 4.2.2020. Ld. counsel

for the said respondents seeks four weeks’ more time for

filing counter affidavit. Four weeks’ time is granted as

first and only extension in terms of Order V Rule 1(22),

Supreme Court Rules, 2013.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.3 and 4 on

3.1.2020, however, counter affidavit has not been filed
