O R D E R

Though the defects were pointed out by the office to

the learned counsel for the petitioner by communication

dated 17.12.2015, the defects are still not cured.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter was

called out today.

In the circumstances time of three weeks by way of

last chance is granted to the counsel for the petitioner

to cure the defects, failing which the Transfer Petition

shall stand dismissed for non prosecution without further

reference to the Court.
