Leave granted.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the facts

recorded in the Order dated 03.3.2022 which reads as under:-

“...Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

charge against the petitioner and others is under

Section 307 IPC and the injured person has been

discharged. He has drawn our attention to Annexure P-4

which is the statement of the injured person under

Section 161 CrPC where he has attributed the same role

to Sumit and the petitioner i.e. at the instigation of a

third unknown person firing upon the injured with the

first firing by Sumit and the second one by the

petitioner (later on the left arm). It is submitted that

Sumit has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of the

High Court at Annexure P-8 (page 66) on 20th December,

2021.”

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we grant

bail to
