Counsel for the respondent be directed to provide the Death

Certificate to the ld. Counsel for the appellant. That kind

of direction cannot be given. Ld. Counsel for the appellant

is bound to file Death Certificate. Application for

substitution has been filed in respect of common respondent

no.4 in C.A.No.2652, 2653 of 2013 and respondent no.2 in

C.A.No.2654/2013 but the same is defective. Defects be cured

within four weeks time.
