UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Mr. R. Basant, learned senior counsel appearing for the

petitioner, on instruction, submits that Respondent No.1 is already

in confirmed service as Assistant Teacher in the Zila Parishad High

School, Navegaon (More) Tq. Pombhurna, District Chandrapur and,

therefore, both the directions issued by the High Court for

reinstatement and backwages are not justified.

In view of the above submissions, issue notice, returnable in

six weeks.

There will be stay of operation of the impugned judgment of

the High Court, until further orders.
