UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Vide our order dated 02.08.2021, this Court has held:

“Delay condoned.

We find no ground to interfere with the impugned

order passed by the High Court. The Special

Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states

that not a single paisa has been paid to him. It

is directed that whatever has been ordered by the

court below, be paid/deposited immediately.

Pending interlocutory application(s), if any,

is/are disposed of.

Delay condoned.

Permission to file Special Leave Petition is granted.

In all these matters, however, certain amounts have been paid

to the petitioners. It is directed that whatever has been ordered

to be paid/deposited, if not, paid/deposited, be handed over to the

petitioners immediately.
